PDM Tracker Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Corelusa Plant Services, Inc. handles personal, device, and industrial information when authorized users work with the PDM Tracker mobile application.

Last updated September 1, 2026

Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Corelusa Plant Services, Inc. (“CORELUSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) accesses, collects, uses, stores, discloses, and deletes information in connection with the PDM Tracker mobile application (the “App”).

PDM Tracker is an enterprise predictive-maintenance and industrial equipment-monitoring application. Access is limited to users authorized by CORELUSA or by the customer organization for which they work. This Privacy Policy is separate from the license agreement that governs the right to use the software.

In some cases, the customer organization determines why and how its employee, facility, and industrial asset information is processed. In those cases, CORELUSA processes the information on that organization’s behalf. A user may direct a request to their organization or to CORELUSA.

Information we handle

The categories below depend on the features used and the customer’s configuration.

Account and authentication information

  • Name, email address, profile image, language, and assigned role.
  • Credentials and session information, including access tokens.
  • Information related to sign-in attempts and account security.

Accounts are created or enabled by CORELUSA or a customer organization. The App does not offer public, self-service account registration.

Industrial data and user-provided content

  • Plant, area, system, asset, and measurement-point records.
  • Vibration measurements and machine-condition parameters, including waveforms, spectra, RPM, frequency, alarms, and collection timestamps.
  • Field notes, measurement status, and information entered during an inspection.
  • Photos selected or captured to document industrial assets.
  • Coordinates associated with plants or industrial assets.

This information generally belongs or relates to the customer organization and may be that organization’s operational or confidential information.

Location

With the user’s permission, PDM Tracker can access the device’s approximate or precise location while the App is in use, depending on the user’s permission settings. The App uses location to display a map and let the user assign or update the coordinates of an industrial asset. Saved coordinates may be stored locally and synchronized with PDM Tracker services. The App does not request continuous background location and does not use location for advertising.

Camera and photos

With permission, the App can use the camera to photograph an industrial asset. It can also open the system photo picker so the user can choose a specific image. Selected images may be processed on the device, stored temporarily, and uploaded when the related information is synchronized.

Device, network, and diagnostic information

  • Device type, operating system, App version, and technical or installation identifiers.
  • IP address and technical network information processed when connecting to our services.
  • Wi-Fi status and network name when needed to connect to compatible measurement equipment or display connection status.
  • Crash logs, error traces, performance information, and technical diagnostics.

We use diagnostic services such as Sentry and Google Firebase Crashlytics. Events sent to these providers may include device information, IP address, App state, and context related to the error. We seek to avoid including industrial content that is not needed to diagnose an issue.

Biometric authentication

If a user voluntarily enables biometric sign-in, fingerprint or facial verification is performed by the device operating system. CORELUSA does not receive or store biometric templates. Credentials protected for this feature remain in the device’s secure credential store and are removed when the user disables the feature or the system invalidates them.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Authenticate users and manage sessions, roles, and authorized access.
  • Download, display, and maintain plant and asset structures.
  • Collect, process, store, and synchronize industrial measurements.
  • Associate photos, notes, and coordinates with industrial assets.
  • Support offline work and later synchronization.
  • Connect to compatible measurement equipment through Wi-Fi.
  • Protect the App and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Investigate and correct crashes, performance issues, and synchronization errors.
  • Provide technical support and comply with contractual and legal obligations.

Where applicable, we process information to perform our agreement with the customer organization, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with law, or honor the user’s permission choices and consent.

Offline use and synchronization

PDM Tracker is designed to work in industrial environments where a network connection may not always be available. Account information, asset structures, measurements, notes, pending images, and coordinates may therefore be stored on the device.

When a connection is available and the user starts or authorizes synchronization, the selected information is transmitted to PDM Tracker services. Signing out, clearing App data, or uninstalling the App may remove local information, but does not necessarily delete copies that were already synchronized.

How we disclose information

We disclose information only as needed to:

  • The customer organization and its authorized users, so they can operate their predictive-maintenance program and access information about their facilities and assets.
  • Infrastructure and hosting providers, to operate PDM Tracker APIs, databases, storage, and communications.
  • Sentry, for error monitoring and technical diagnosis.
  • Google Firebase Crashlytics, for crash reporting and App stability.
  • Google Maps, Apple Maps, or other mapping services, depending on the platform, when a user opens map features.
  • Professional advisers or authorities, when required to comply with law, protect rights, investigate fraud, or respond to valid legal process.
  • A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, subject to applicable safeguards.

We require service providers that process personal data on our behalf to provide the same or an equivalent level of protection described in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable law.

CORELUSA does not sell personal data collected through PDM Tracker. The App does not contain third-party advertising, and we do not use location, photos, or industrial measurements for targeted advertising.

International transfers

PDM Tracker is operated from the United States and may use providers that process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, CORELUSA or the responsible customer organization will apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information and synchronized data for the duration of the customer relationship and for up to one year after the applicable customer contract ends. We then delete or anonymize the information unless a legal obligation, contractual commitment, dispute, security need, or valid customer instruction requires a different period.

Information stored only on a device remains there until it is removed through the App, the user signs out where that action removes the relevant data, the operating system clears the App’s storage, or the App is uninstalled. Diagnostic records are retained according to the settings and retention periods of the providers we use.

To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the customer organization that issued the account or email support@pdmmonitor.com. Some measurements and records may need to remain in the customer’s business records or be retained where legally or contractually required. We will communicate the result of a request and any applicable exception.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, and protected credential storage on the device. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, a user may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of certain personal data, and to withdraw consent. A user can also:

  • Revoke location or camera permission in device settings.
  • Choose not to enable, or disable, biometric sign-in.
  • Select which photos, locations, or pending records to synchronize where available.
  • Contact CORELUSA or their organization to manage their account and data.

Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working, but does not affect prior processing that was lawful.

Children

PDM Tracker is an enterprise tool for authorized personnel and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s information through the App. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, our providers, applicable law, or our practices. We will publish the updated version, identify the latest revision date, and provide additional notice when required.
